Tenants will receive a yearly “Winter Warmer Letter” advising on how to keep safe and warm over the winter months including general maintenance guidelines such as how to re-pressure your boiler and take note of your property stop clock location, etc.
This letter will include the Benchmark password that will allow tenants to click on the Emergency/Non-Emergency Procedures link below to identify what is considered an emergency and what is not, as well as advise on how to use our out-of-hours emergency service.
